Our Story
Katie’s Subs was started 23 years ago by Katie and her husband. In order to raise her family, she sold it to her mother Niki who owned it for 7 years. During that 7 years, I worked for Niki. She taught me that it takes hard work and many hours to succeed as a self-employed businesswoman. It is such a pleasure to see people return again and again, and tell me that they look forward to stopping in.
My husband Larry has encouraged me all these years and is always willing to help with whatever needs to be done. My children Jesse, Mandy, and Sara have given up a lot of time to make Katie’s Subs what it is today. I could not have made it without any of them.
My hope is that our granddaughter Mattie will have the opportunity to be a part of the family business. It will be a while she is not even 1 yet.
Opening Doors
Many young people have passed thru Katie’s Subs doors with it being their first job. I am so proud to have been a part of their lives. I have watched them mature and develop the skills it takes to interact with people and gain a strong work ethic.
We pride our business as one that treats customers with respect and delivers a great product at a fair price. We love the interaction with our customers and consider them friends.
